Great Service and quality. Let down massively from Royal Mail which resulted in more cost from the company I expect. This needs to be addressed immediately. On no account was chase plates responsible for this. No apology from Royal Mail what so ever.

The packaging for the number plate was very poor and the plate was damaged in transit bent and twisted. I emailed Chase plates to inform them about the issue, I had a reply back from Ashton who agreed that it was damaged in transit and a replacement would be sent. Still waiting for the replacement, I have emailed again asking when will I receive the replacement, but no reply. Poor customer service.

Well made arrived within stated time. I added aluminium backing as there was a large overhang below my lower fixings. Would probably have been OK without it but wanted extra security on a vibrating parallel twin. Looks good on bike.
