The process of ordering was straight forward and efficient. The folk at Chase Lane Plates were very helpful and the young lady to whom I spoke regarding the delivery of the plates was exceedingly accommodating and indeed instrumental in getting the plates delivered in time for a show. The quality of the plates seems to be excellent and they look great on our 1962 Traveller.

I ordered and paid £77.00 for a pair of raised white number plates on the 17th Aug, a Royal Mail tracking number was provided but all it ever says is “we’re expecting the item” When I emailed Chase plates to ask where my plates were I was initially told that someone would try and take it up with Royal Mail and replacement plates would be despatched…..guess what, they are now ignoring my emails and I have asked for a refund which has also been ignored so I shall have to get a chargeback through my bank or go through the small claims court to get my money back. I usually use Tippers Vintage Plates when buying replacement classic number plates, I wish I had stuck with them as they had never let me down Use this company at your own risk!
These plates are not riveted as per description. I called to confirm if they were riveted or if they were starlock washers. She said riveted, so I bought a pair but turns out they are not riveted, they are starlock washers.
