Arrived in the wrong colour and I'm unable to reach customer support to rectify because the emails keep bouncing due to "full inbox".

After ordering this plate three times after registering the vehicle import, it passed its MOT. The first mistake was mine as I typed the wrong reg. The second time relates to an issue with the website workflow whereby "Buy Again" doesn't reload the previous order and I ended up purchasing a front plate instead of a rear plate. Especially confusing given the preview image shows a yellow plate. But I finally managing to get in contact (after lots of email issues), I received a discount to buy the plate for the third time. All product is of excellent quality and shipping is very prompt, but I'm dropping one star because the online purchase experience could definitely do with improving.
American import plates were perfect and arrived within 2 days. Good quality and no issues with DVLA approving them our end. Thank you.
